Welcome to the official web site for Tall Grass Homeowners
Association. This web site has been created in order to provide
another way to communicate with the membership about this unique
community. Tall Grass Homeowners Association has an
aquatic center with a zero depth area and
water
slide, a children's sand pit area, sand volleyball area,
concession stand, two full
tennis courts
that are being lighted during the summer of 2003.
The clubhouse is beautiful, with capabilities for a
host of resident activities and individual parties, and the
community is just beginning to explore the possibilities of all of
the recreational facilities. The clubhouse can be rented by Tall
Grass Homeowners, and the management company has an on-site manager
for the homeowner's convenience.
There are rules and regulations, just as there are with any
community, and we ask that all homeowners inquire with management
and the board of directors before making any exterior modifications
to their home. Should you require information about our management
